RMA forms

Please email rma@backstagecommerce.ca to be issued the appropriate RMA FORM based on the product category. Once the RMA FORM is completed we instruct our clients to submit to email:rma@backstagecommerce.ca for review and approval. Once approved, an RMA # will be issued and it is ONLY then that the goods can be returned. Please note that goods returned without an RMA# will be shipped back collect in addition to a handling charge of 7.50$ per box.
